Paul is founder and CEO of Nehemiah Security where he directs all facets of the company. He has more than 35 years of business development and management experience with renowned companies such as AOL and Moreover Technologies. Paul is a recognized leader across a wide array of industries including Internet, media and enterprise software. He is perhaps best known for his success in developing and leading highly effective multi-disciplinary teams. Paul’s track record in selling and acquiring software companies has resulted in the high-growth and high-valuation performance of his past companies.
Todd is founder and President of Nehemiah Security. He oversees operations across the organization and is deeply involved in driving strategic direction of the company. Todd is a 30-year technology leader with experience as founder, CEO, COO, and investor in companies ranging from global SaaS software companies to professional services firms. Prior to Nehemiah Security, he served as COO of LexisNexis BIS division following the successful completion of a private sale of Moreover to LexisNexis in 2014. Other experiences include CEO & co-founder of LeverPoint, a software product development firm that merged with Three Pillar Software that grew into a global firm with over 600 employees.
CIO, SVP Technology
Dave joined Nehemiah Security in February of 2016. He oversees the development of Nehemiah Security software solutions as contributes to the strategic direction of the company. Dave is a seasoned and successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in facilitating revenue and sales growth through the management and deployment of large-scale, high-availability networked applications and IT infrastructures. He is a proven team leader and innovator adept at establishing business, IT, and marketing strategies and aligning IT initiatives with corporate objectives.
SVP, Marketing & Operations
Landon joined Nehemiah Security in October of 2015 and serves as head of marketing and operations. He is responsible for managing the companies’ brand, messaging, and profile in the marketplace. In addition, he leads efforts to generate leads, support worldwide sales, and establish the systems and processes to ensure visibility and performance throughout the company. A modern marketing visionary, Landon has led the transformation of marketing and sales organizations for over 100 high growth technology companies for the past 15 years as founder and President of Talant, a marketing and sales management consultancy. Landon works closely with Nehemiah customers to intimately understand their challenges and business pressures to ensure project success, customer satisfaction, and marketplace alignment.
Mike joined Nehemiah Security in June 2017 to lead all sales efforts for the company involving customer awareness, customer acquisition, and customer advocacy. Mike is an experienced Global Sales Leader with a history of success working in the information technology and services industry including sales leadership roles at Oracle, Moreover Technologies and LexisNexis. He is skilled in leading high-growth enterprise sales teams, negotiating complex contracts, and helping customers overcome business challenges in both the public and private sector. Mike is a former professional baseball player with the NY Yankees with a strong technical and finance background and he has a passion for helping Nehemiah’s customers improve their status quo and overcome their biggest challenges in cybersecurity.
VP, Human Resources
Shonda joined Nehemiah Security in June 2015. She is responsible for Nehemiah’s staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations as well as the administrative functions surrounding these areas. She also works with executive management on creating the company’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters. Prior to joining Nehemiah Security, Shonda worked in the same capacity at Moreover Technologies where she was with the company from its early days until they were acquired 5 years later. During this time, she helped grow the company from a very small U.S.-based staff to exceeding staffing levels as the sister and original U.K.-based company, all the while blending the two organizations and cultures together and creating a unified organization.
VP Cyber Risk Strategy
Jerry Caponera joined Nehemiah Security in August 2017 as the VP Cyber Risk Strategy, where he leads the effort to quantify cyber risk in financial terms. Prior to Nehemiah he helped found PivotPoint Risk Analytics,which focused on cyber risk quantification through value-at-risk modeling and simulations. Jerry has a broad background in cyber, having worked for incident response, malware analysis, and services companies. He has spoken at a number of conferences worldwide including ISS World MEA in Dubai, InfoSecurity Russia in Moscow, and TM World Forum in Nice, France. He holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo.
Mary-Sara Camerino is a leader in cyber risk product strategy, product development, and product management. She has demonstrated success in international consumer technology products for over 20 years; driving user adoption and behavior change through a commitment to design for ease of use is the cornerstone of all applications developed under her guidance. She has worked for Fortune 50 companies, civilian government agencies, and the Department of Defense, allowing her to bring a depth of understanding of organizational process and functions. Additionally, she led the development of products and concepts resulting in the filing of five patents, for which two list Ms. Camerino as co-inventor. She graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins with an MS and holds a BA from Virginia Tech.
Director of Client Services
Suzie joined Nehemiah Security in October 2017 and serves as the head of the Client Services team. Her mission is to create a positive experience for customers as they interact with Nehemiah and its products. Suzie and her team pride themselves on closing cybersecurity gaps through a solutions-focused approach to customer implementation, training, and support. Customer satisfaction has been the key driver of Suzie’s career, from managing large scale IT modernization efforts with IBM to developing growth strategies for small businesses with her own consulting firm, Endless Possibilities. She holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
