General Description:

Nehemiah Security is looking for a dynamic, high energy, senior sales professional with proven success cultivating and closing enterprise level cybersecurity software sales. A successful contributor will apply their deep knowledge of the industry and align Nehemiah Security’s solutions, services, and marketing strategy to develop large scale opportunities and win deals. This highly visible and impactful role will report directly to the SVP-Sales and work in tandem with Sales Engineers, Inside Sales Representatives, and Channel Partners to successfully develop prospects and service customers.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a highly-experienced, driven sales professional interested in jumping on board with one of the fastest growing companies in cybersecurity. In this role, you will be a contributor who will apply their deep knowledge of the industry and align Nehemiah Security’s solutions, services, and marketing strategy to develop large scale opportunities and win deals. This highly visible and impactful role will report directly to the SVP-Sales and work in tandem with Sales Engineers, Inside Sales Representatives, and Channel Partners to successfully develop prospects and service customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales activities in assigned territory with a focus on new business pipeline growth by effectively prospecting, qualifying, and closing
  • Grow existing client base as assigned
  • Exceed all assigned booking and revenue quota targets and other defined objectives
  • Develop key relationships and build strategic account plans with channel partners for revenue optimization
  • Work closely with internal teams to collaborate and execute plans to qualify and close enterprise business
  • Track all sales activity and accurately forecasts territory revenue utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Learn, implement, and manage all phases of the Nehemiah Security sales cycle
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision makers focusing on a specific sales strategies based on customer requirements
  • Stay informed of customer business opportunities, current conditions, future prospects, and competitive issues

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 5-7 years of Enterprise level software sales experience in the cybersecurity industry
  • Demonstrated success in over-achievement of assigned revenue quota: monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Proven experience calling on executive levels to accelerate sales cycles and achieve commitment across multiple executive roles
  • Passion for learning, new and emerging technology trends
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication that is clear and concise with strict attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and influence others in a cross-functional prospect team and operate in a “Challenger” sales environment
  • Possess the knowledge of go-to-market strategies of both direct and channel partner sales methodologies
  • Thorough understanding of cybersecurity technology and how it impacts the customers’ business at multiple levels
  • Ability to convert large amounts of technical information into concise descriptions tailored to the specific needs of a prospective client
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
